Tools For Teams Training (online): The main difference is that Tools For Teams is delivered online in less time and is very practical; the training focuses on the Team Exploration Kit (TEK) and how to use it effectively with your client teams.
The Tools For Teams training is 5 half days (4 hours/day) training by senior Integrative Faculty.
Level 2 Workshop (in-person): Our Level 2 training includes an advanced Enneagram portion where we simulate teams in training and appoint leaders. Participants experience team dynamics in the room through the Enneagram lens which is extremely powerful. It also covers numerous team coaching techniques around the carpet.
The Level 2 workshop is 4 full days (8 hours/day) training by senior Integrative Faculty.
