Digital Products (iEQ9 Assessments)
Our iEQ9 Enneagram questionnaires are digital products that provide personalised reports.
- You are eligible for a full refund for an iEQ9 assessment if it is unused and the refund is requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- An assessment is considered "unused" if the unique assessment link has not been clicked/accessed, and the questionnaire has not been started.
- Once an assessment link has been accessed or the questionnaire has been initiated, it is considered "used" and is no longer eligible for a refund, except as outlined under "Multiple Purchases" or "Technical Issues" below.
- If you have accidentally purchased multiple assessments (e.g., intended to buy one but purchased two or more), you may request a partial refund for the unused assessments.
- This request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Each unused assessment eligible for a refund will be refunded at its original purchase price.
- Due to the personalised nature of the iEQ9 assessment and the immediate generation of results based on your unique input, we cannot offer refunds for assessments that have been started or completed.
- Once you begin the questionnaire, the service is considered rendered.
- If you encounter technical difficulties that prevent you from completing your assessment, please contact our support team immediately at info@integrative9.com or through our support portal at

- Kindly provide the team with as much detail about the technical issue as possible. Where applicable, include a screenshot of the issue you’re encountering.
- Our team will investigate the issue. If a technical fault on our side is verified, we will work with you to resolve it, which may include resetting your assessment link.
- Our iEQ9 system has built-in safeguards to protect your progress against common interruptions (e.g., internet disconnection), allowing you to typically resume where you left off.
- A full refund for event tickets can be requested if the cancellation is made no less than 60 days prior to the scheduled event start date.
- Cancellations made within 60 days of the scheduled event start date are not eligible for a full refund.
- You may transfer your event ticket to another person by notifying us at info@integrative9.com. Substitutes must have the applicable qualifications for the course.

- We will notify you of the outcome of your request and process any approved refunds within 2 business days from the date of approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed and issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Please allow 2 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account statement, as processing times can vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
