Diane Ring

Diane is a seasoned Enneagram practitioner. Using the IEQ, she has coached and trained hundreds of executives, business leaders and teams. She has 20 years of extensive executive coaching experience and owns a leadership development and executive coaching firm in Austin, Texas. Her high-profile clients include executives, managers and technical professionals from small and private businesses to publicly traded, global Fortune 1000 companies. Diane’s comprehensive studies in the Enneagram include training at the Enneagram Institute and with Beatrice Chestnut, Uranio Paes and numerous other Enneagram thought leaders since 2002. She is an accredited IEA professional, holds a certificate in the foundations of NeuroLeadership from the NeuroLeadership Institute and is currently completing the Leadership Maturity Framework Coaching Certification. What are the pre-requisites for attending Level 2?

What is the difference between Level 2 and Tools for Teams?

Tools For Teams is the online version of our in-person Level 2 training. We began offering it during lockdown for practitioners who wanted access to the Team Exploration Kit. The theory covered in Level 2 and Tools For Teams is almost identical.

Tools For Teams Training (online): The main difference is that Tools For Teams is delivered online in less time and is very practical; the training focuses on the Team Exploration Kit (TEK) and how to use it effectively with your client teams.
The Tools For Teams training is 5 half days (4 hours/day) training by senior Integrative Faculty.
Level 2 Workshop (in-person): Our Level 2 training includes an advanced Enneagram portion where we simulate teams in training and appoint leaders. Participants experience team dynamics in the room through the Enneagram lens which is extremely powerful. It also covers numerous team coaching techniques around the carpet.
The Level 2 workshop is 4 full days (8 hours/day) training by senior Integrative Faculty.
Tools For Teams Training and Level 2 Workshop: Both will equip practitioners with the practical skills to identify team dynamics immediately, giving you the tools to break through defences and foster engagement, maturity, and trust.

Can you confirm the ICF CCEU details?

Yes, upon successful completion of the Level 2 training, delegates receive 36 ICF CCEU points: 29.25 for Core Competencies and 6.75 for Resource Development.

What are the Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy?

1. CANCELLATION FEE of $150 for all cancellations.
2. Full refund allowed up to 60 days before event.
3. 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 60 days of start of event.
4. 100% cancellation fee for no-shows. Substitutes will be accepted.
In the unlikely event that not enough delegates sign up, we will let you know the event is cancelled no later than 60 days before the event start date.
If you are attending an online training we courier the training materials to you. We start the couriering process 5 weeks before the training to ensure you receive your package on time. We are doing everything we can to get you your training material on time. We are reliant on courier services, border controls and other factors that are out of our control. There is a small risk that you may not receive your materials in time, we cannot be held liable for delays.
If you have registered or paid late (ie less than 6 weeks to the event), there is the risk that you will receive your training materials late, and possibly after the start of the course. In such circumstance, Integrative Enneagram Solutions cannot be held liable. Training materials will be dispatched once registration and payment is finalized.
For courses delivered online you are expected to have the technology to participate, this includes having sufficient bandwidth as well as backup for electricity should your area experience load shedding.
Some events may be recorded. Recordings will be used solely by Integrative Enneagram Solutions to learn and improve. Integrative will not publish any material from these recordings where participants are sharing as we respect this is private and personal.
